Lead all operations for the Columbus Illumynt campus across two facilities, driving production strategy, P&L ownership, inventory accuracy, staffing, safety/compliance (ISO, OSHA, R2), KPIs/SLAs, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient, high-quality throughput.
