The Data Operations Manager will build data operational infrastructure to enhance AI models, manage partnerships, and align data quality with research needs.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will fine-tune language models for customer-specific applications, manage training data, debug training processes, and deploy models while collaborating with clients and research teams.

Drive enterprise adoption of Reflection's AI technology end-to-end: identify use cases, design engagements and SOWs, enable Forward Deployed Engineers, manage stakeholders, run delivery operations, handle security/legal/procurement onboarding, manage scope changes, and capture customer feedback to inform product and research.

Lead Reflection's engagement with developer and research communities by building relationships, owning ambassador and developer programs, creating technical content, organizing events (hackathons, meetups, webinars), managing university and researcher partnerships, and partnering with Comms, Product, Research, and GTM to drive strategy and operational execution.
