Lead Reflection's public narrative on open-source AI by designing proactive and rapid-response policy communications, building relationships with policy press and stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional briefings and events, drafting accessible content, and representing the company at D.C. and global policy forums.

As a Product Manager at Reflection, you will lead end-to-end product ownership, including model releases, community engagement, partner relations, and go-to-market strategies in open-source AI.

Own and improve People Operations infrastructure: manage onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle events, HRIS data and workflows (Rippling), benefits/payroll support, immigration administration, ticket queue management, SOPs, and process automation to scale People programs.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer Lead, you will lead the technical strategy and execution of AI applications, collaborate with teams, and ensure reliable deployments.

Build and maintain financial and cost models across deals, product channels, compute, headcount, and R&D. Support corporate forecasting with bottoms-up inputs, partner cross-functionally to translate business activity into financial frameworks, identify risks and opportunities, and improve templates, assumptions, and processes to inform capital allocation and planning.

Lead federal engagement by lobbying Congress and the Executive Branch, guiding strategy, and managing relationships to influence AI policy outcomes.
