Work across modeling, data, systems, and evaluation to make video foundation models expressive, controllable, and personalized. Build adaptation and personalization pipelines, define end-user quality metrics and evaluations, and collaborate with product and design to deploy production-ready model variants for creative partners.

The Account Executive will drive sales in the Entertainment sector, leveraging industry connections and executing full-cycle sales processes to integrate Luma's AI technology into production workflows.

Lead and scale Lumas East Coast sales: own full enterprise sales cycle, close deals with brands and agencies, build and coach a team of 5+ AEs, develop regional pipeline and playbooks, and partner with product, marketing, and customer success to translate creative AI into measurable ROI.

Forward Deployed Engineers at Luma build systems based on customer workflows, defining problems and delivering production solutions using Luma's models and APIs.
