Manage Mandarin-speaking Asia-based customers and agency partners to drive adoption, retention, and growth of Levanta's affiliate marketing platform. Act as primary contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, match customers with affiliates, monitor health metrics, and provide product feedback to improve customer outcomes.

Provide administrative support including monitoring a virtual mailbox, tracking multi-state compliance, coordinating new-hire swag shipping, supporting people-operations tasks (onboarding logistics, document organization, record keeping), following up on loose ends, and flagging items needing attention for a small, remote-first team.
