Define and lead the Identity and Access product strategy and roadmap across Everway: design authentication, authorization, SSO, provisioning, and lifecycle capabilities; drive migration from legacy systems; partner with engineering, security, data, and product teams; prioritise based on customer impact and business outcomes; enable platform self-service, interoperability, analytics, and measurable outcomes.

Lead and develop the Customer Success team to drive product adoption, retention, and growth. Oversee onboarding, lifecycle processes, escalations, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer outcomes and operational scalability.

Lead customer onboarding and technical implementations from kickoff to go-live. Coordinate timelines, manage integrations and data setup, troubleshoot issues, communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintain documentation, and improve implementation processes.
