Manage and provide engineering oversight for NASA GSFC pressure vessel, pressurized systems, and lifting device programs. Review testing, inspections, analyses, certifications, and recertifications; resolve complex code, fracture mechanics, and legacy documentation issues; assess system risks and compliance; and recommend process improvements and requirements tailoring. Coordinates NASA, contractor, and stakeholder activities; manages hardware transfers, modifications, documentation, and digital engineering tools; supports LCC authoring and change processing; maintains SharePoint records; and recommends process improvements. The role requires systems engineering leadership in human spaceflight programs, government clearance eligibility, flexible hours, and travel as needed.

Supports digital engineering and transformation of U.S. Space Force launch-range information systems. Responsibilities include developing operational requirements, modeling system architecture and configurations, analyzing alternatives, conducting functional and performance analyses, and applying systems engineering techniques to complex infrastructure and subsystems.

Provides financial and workforce analysis for the ISS Program, including budget formulation, variance and trend analysis, funding obligations, contract deliverables, and special inquiries. Develops Power BI dashboards and automated reports, presents financial status to management, and supports cost, schedule, and technical meetings. The role is onsite at NASA’s Johnson Space Center.

Supports NASA’s International Space Station Program through vehicle systems integration and analysis. Responsibilities include visiting vehicle requirements, dynamic operations, energy balance, power transfer coordination, end-of-life studies, trajectory and propulsion integration, technical briefings, mentoring, and collaboration with international and commercial partners.

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, Active Directory, storage, backups, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Support LAN/WAN networks, telecommunications, systems integration, troubleshooting, patching, hardening, and configuration management. Perform cybersecurity operations, vulnerability mitigation, compliance assessments, and intrusion detection support. Develop technical requirements, evaluate infrastructure solutions, prepare procurement specifications, coordinate technical activities, and mentor junior personnel while improving IT reliability and security.

Provides system safety engineering for ULA’s Centaur V upper stage on NASA Artemis crewed missions. Responsibilities include hazard identification, risk assessment, mitigation development, safety requirements compliance, fault-tolerance evaluation, human-rating certification support, and preparation for NASA safety reviews. The role develops and maintains hazard reports and safety analyses, coordinates with NASA safety organizations, presents safety rationale, and closes review findings.

Develops and controls integrated project schedules for NASA Wallops Range Contract activities. Coordinates milestones, dependencies, resources, logic networks, critical paths, risks, and schedule updates with project, engineering, and operations teams. Analyzes schedule performance and variances, conducts risk and what-if analyses, and prepares status reports, dashboards, metrics, and management briefings for contract leadership and NASA customers.
