Outbound-focused BDR role to identify, prospect, qualify, and schedule discovery appointments for managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, VoIP, backup, and compliance services. Maintain CRM/PSA records, follow sales cadences, support lead-generation events, and coordinate with sales and technical teams to move opportunities toward closed recurring managed services revenue.

Serve as primary technical advisor for key clients at an MSP: manage relationships, ensure service delivery and SLAs, lead technical projects, resolve escalations, drive strategic account growth, and coordinate internal teams for successful implementations and ongoing operations.

Provide technical assistance via phone or email, troubleshoot issues, guide customers through solutions, and record problem resolutions.
