Lead product lifecycle strategy and technical direction for steam turbine and valve product programs. Guide cross-functional teams through design, validation, manufacturability, and production scaling; resolve complex system issues; set engineering standards and roadmaps; mentor senior engineers; represent engineering with customers, regulators, and executives.

Design, develop, and test electrical components and systems supporting NPI and high-volume manufacturing. Perform PCB layout, circuit design, EMC reviews, vendor assessments, troubleshooting, test hardware/software development, and collaborate with manufacturing to resolve production issues.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, testing, and optimization of aerospace/defense mechanical systems and packaging. Plan feasibility studies and experiments, direct fabrication and test activities, maintain engineering documentation and safety standards, support manufacturing, root-cause investigations, and provide senior technical guidance for complex engineering challenges.
