Design, develop, test, and debug new software and complex enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, respond to customer feedback, and collaborate with technical and hardware teams. Contribute to user manuals and perform other assigned development duties.

Develop, test, and document software enhancements and new applications. Work with technical staff to diagnose and resolve software issues, assist with customer problem resolution, produce user manuals, and coordinate with hardware teams. Manage a 10-12 person systems engineering and test department for aerospace actuation systems, overseeing system modeling, requirements, safety/reliability, verification/qualification testing, customer technical communications, proposals, resource allocation, root-cause resolution, and department governance to deliver projects on schedule and budget.

Administer and maintain the AS9100 and FAA-certified QMS: document control, change controls, audits, corrective/preventive actions, FAA regulatory support, training, cross-functional coordination, and QMS metrics/reporting. Facilitate internal and 3rd-party audits, support root-cause analysis (8D/5 Whys), and manage document management/configuration through Agile workflows.

Design and develop analog circuitry and PCBs for nuclear-qualified electronics. Perform SPICE modeling, schematic capture, PCB layout, testing, EMC/EMI compliance, and product compliance to nuclear standards. Create and maintain test reports, BOMs, ECNs, and procedures. Monitor component obsolescence, support customer approvals/inspections, provide technical training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. May involve domestic travel.

Dual-mandate role as Enterprise Solution Architect for SAP SCM (PP, QM, WM, Shop Floor Control, MES integration) and people manager for the SAP SCM team. Own functional roadmap, guide SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transitions, partner with business process owners, lead implementations from requirements through go-live, track delivery metrics, manage hiring/onboarding/performance, and handle capacity planning and stakeholder engagement.

Design and validate valve products: create 2D/3D models and drawings, perform tolerance and FEA analyses, select materials/hardware, prepare reports and proposals, lead design projects, and coordinate with manufacturing and quality to ensure manufacturability and compliance with industry codes.

Lead business development efforts to identify and win OEM/VAR partners, grow account revenue, develop BD strategies, lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage post-award project turnover. Requires customer presentations, relationship building, and travel (~25%).
