The Workflow Systems Analyst manages enterprise content systems, performs technical functions, monitors application performance, collaborates with vendors, conducts training, and supports projects and users to enhance operational efficiency.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing migrations, conversions, disaster recovery, third-party vendor integrations, and WRG software implementations. Support full project lifecycle under senior guidance, document requirements, track milestones, communicate risks, prepare project documentation, and ensure testing and governance. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Manage the Deposit Operations Department, overseeing procedures for checks, payments, and ACH transactions while ensuring staff performance aligns with company goals and regulatory compliance.
