Lead integration and execution across Customer Success, Media, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive client experiences, drive revenue growth, and improve processes. Lead creative strategy for a portfolio of clients by translating audience insights and campaign performance into multi-channel campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and optimization plans. Guide creative execution across direct mail, email, digital, social, video, CTV, podcast, and emerging channels. Collaborate with account teams, analysts, and creatives, run testing and optimization, and support client-facing strategic meetings and creative reviews.

Analyze nonprofit fundraising performance across channels, identify trends and opportunities, build forecasts and dashboards, present insights and recommendations to clients, and collaborate with agency teams to support fundraising strategy and campaign planning.
