Design and bring up highly integrated PCBAs and rigid-flex circuits for humanoid robot actuators, sensors, perception, and compute systems. Responsibilities include HDI and high-speed layout, mixed-signal and power design, signal and power integrity, board debugging, mechanical co-design, manufacturing collaboration, and embedded firmware support. The role partners across engineering and manufacturing to deliver dense, reliable electronics through production ramp.

Develop and manage NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse simulation environments for humanoid robotics, integrating autonomy subsystems and creating CI/CD pipelines for behavior validation.

Develop and iterate reinforcement learning policies for dexterous grasping on high-DOF robotic hands. Build sim-to-real pipelines, design rewards and curricula, create MuJoCo/Isaac training environments, run and debug experiments on hardware, integrate tactile feedback, and benchmark grasp policies across varied objects and real-world conditions.

Lead design and implementation of factory layout, process flow, and assembly sequencing for humanoid robot production. Develop work instructions, specify equipment, implement MES, design metrics/visual management, error-proof processes, drive continuous improvement, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale manufacturing while maintaining safety and ISO compliance.

Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models for dexterous humanoid robot manipulation, integrating tactile and proprioceptive sensing, managing data collection/versioning, evaluating in simulation and real-world trials, and optimizing pipelines for real-time hardware deployment.

Design and develop Persona's ML software stack for humanoid robots, applying ML to manipulation, navigation, locomotion, and perception. Build, test, and deploy models and data pipelines, monitor real-world performance, collaborate with partners and universities, and help grow the ML and autonomy teams.

Lead development of the robot platform software: real-time control loops, hardware abstraction, deterministic messaging, and robot API/SDK. Ensure timing guarantees, fault recovery, diagnostics, and long-term API stability. Set platform architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with controls, perception, and operations teams to produce reliable on-robot systems for industrial deployments.

Work on world modeling for humanoid robots by curating industrial video data, fine-tuning foundation models, building data and synthetic-generation pipelines, integrating autonomy behaviors, and creating evaluation and benchmarking pipelines.

Develop and improve machine learning models and infrastructure for humanoid robot manipulation. Monitor and evaluate model performance on real robots, and collaborate on the ML software stack supporting manipulation, navigation, locomotion, and perception.

Design and implement advanced dexterous manipulation algorithms for high-DOF humanoid robots, integrate perception-to-control pipelines, develop digital twins in simulation, perform rigorous sim-to-real testing, and collaborate with ML teams to train and deploy models for complex manipulation tasks.
