Lead full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing, shop-floor, operations, and corporate roles. Build candidate pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, trade schools, and local networks. Partner with hiring managers, track pipeline and sourcing metrics, refine TA infrastructure, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Drive employer branding and scale recruiting processes at an early-stage robotics company.

Own day-to-day people operations for the Houston office: administer benefits, process payroll, manage multi-state tax and compliance, run onboarding, maintain HRIS and employee records, build scalable PO programs, partner with Finance/Legal, produce people metrics, and support the employee lifecycle and culture initiatives.

Design and develop Persona's ML software stack for humanoid robots, applying ML to manipulation, navigation, locomotion, and perception. Build, test, and deploy models and data pipelines, monitor real-world performance, collaborate with partners and universities, and help grow the ML and autonomy teams.
