Serve as Accountable Manager overseeing planning, design, and construction of major water and wastewater capital projects. Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, permitting, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and ensure safety and quality across project lifecycle. Provide supervisory oversight and report to the Deputy Portfolio Manager.

Design, implement, administer, and improve enterprise VMware and Windows Server environments and AWS cloud services. Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability through monitoring, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation. Lead infrastructure initiatives and provide technical guidance to staff.

Provide clerical and HR administrative support including data entry, personnel record maintenance, processing HR paperwork (promotions, separations, onboarding), scheduling interviews, posting jobs on SmartRecruiters, preparing reports and tracking logs, and supporting bureau onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Administer and support enterprise SDLC tools (ClearCase, RAD, AQM, UFT One), manage installations, upgrades, migrations, user and server administration, troubleshooting, and provide off-hours production support with strong scripting and database skills.
