Handles complex customer inquiries by phone, email, mail, and in person; troubleshoots issues; coordinates responses; trains and advises staff on information systems and telephone techniques; monitors service quality; recommends policy improvements; and may act as supervisor during temporary absences. Lead the multi-year CityFHEPS Career & Education Bridge initiative, overseeing implementation, policy development, personnel, providers, workforce partnerships, data collection, compliance, participant engagement metrics, and program evaluation across multiple boroughs. Coordinate with HRA, DHS, CUNY, community organizations, employers, and external stakeholders to align housing assistance with education, training, and employment services.

Serves as NYC Emergency Management spokesperson and media liaison, responding to press inquiries and producing releases, advisories, statements, and talking points. Supports emergency communications, press conferences, interviews, media monitoring, proactive outreach, and cross-agency storytelling. Participates in Emergency Operations Center activations, training, exercises, and occasional emergency preparedness presentations, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains custom Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce applications, building integrations through APIs and middleware, troubleshooting, documenting solutions, participating in code reviews, supporting Service, Community, and Marketing Cloud environments, and training users and teammates.

Designs, implements, maintains, and supports production and non-production J2EE environments and infrastructure. Responsibilities include coordinating break fixes, architecting application infrastructure, supporting QA and deployments, developing automation scripts and pipelines, managing operational readiness testing, ensuring development deliverables meet requirements, and reporting project status to leadership. Retrieves, processes, and logs returned checks, and performs related assignments and special projects. Employment requires current college or graduate school enrollment, with work limited to half-time while classes are in session.

Conduct investigations, site visits, administrative reviews, documentation requests, and fraud referrals involving child care providers. Review cases to verify continued child care eligibility, prepare monthly reports using FEDS indicators, and train ACS and NYCPS eligibility staff on fraud detection and referral procedures. The role supports policy compliance, quality assurance, and integrity across child care assistance programs.
