Leads planning, design, and construction oversight for major wastewater capital projects. Manages project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risks, contracts, consultant and contractor performance, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory requirements. Assists the Environmental Sustainability and Resiliency Budget Unit with assessing climate impacts of NYC capital and expense budgets. Responsibilities include budgetary research and analysis, data cleaning, tracking sustainability and resiliency spending, synthesizing information, copy editing, and supporting publication design for the NYC Climate Budgeting report. The role also evaluates proposals and develops recommendations for internal stakeholders while learning the City budget process.

Administer and coordinate task order contracts supporting engineering, design, and construction management programs. Develop scopes, estimates, and schedules; facilitate procurement, solicitation, evaluation, and negotiation; monitor budgets, schedules, deliverables, and compliance; review invoices and modifications; track expenditures; coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, and budget teams; and maintain contract records and reporting.

Administer and coordinate the full lifecycle of task order contracts supporting engineering, design, and construction management services. Develop scopes, estimates, and schedules; facilitate procurement, solicitation, evaluation, and negotiation; monitor budgets, deliverables, schedules, and performance; review invoices and modifications; ensure legal and contractual compliance; coordinate with technical, budget, procurement, and legal teams; and maintain contract records and reporting.

Manages professional services and construction procurements for City contracts, including preparing RFP and competitive sealed bid documents, processing funding requests, monitoring procurement through City contracting procedures, and updating tracking systems. The role uses Passport and other systems, resolves documentation issues, conducts research, collaborates across departments, and responds to procurement inquiries.
