Manage operational analysis, staffing, training, and performance for the Corrections and Amendments Unit. Design and maintain operational reports, identify process bottlenecks, lead improvements (including system and AI assessments), oversee mailroom/lobby workflows, support UAT for system enhancements, and ensure compliance, quality, and continuity of operations. Serve as Client Escalation Lead and act for the Unit Director as needed.

Oversee day-to-day operations, stakeholder engagement, training, data analysis, program development, case audits, and community outreach across NYC boroughs while representing the program at events and supporting senior leadership.

Provide employment-law representation across the disciplinary process: conduct legal research, draft disciplinary charges and settlement agreements, mediate with staff and unions, prepare evidence, appear in administrative hearings, advise managers on outcomes and conflicts-of-interest, draft Chapter 68 waiver requests, and perform related administrative tasks and trainings.

Support PMO project delivery through business analysis, requirements gathering, process and workflow documentation, data analysis, operational support, issue resolution, and coordination across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage and monitor off-site inspections during fabrication of structural steel and prestressed/precast concrete bridge components. Oversee inspection agencies, review shop and design drawings, weld procedure specifications, fabrication/repair procedures, and evaluate NDT procedures and results. Apply AWS, NYSSCM, NYSPCCM, ASME and ASTM codes. Travel to fabrication plants in the US and Canada as required and perform related project management duties within the Fabrication Engineering Unit.

Manage and monitor infrastructure projects through scope development, design, and construction phases. Track schedules, resolve critical issues (permits, property, funding, mapping), maintain agency project database, prepare project documents and correspondence, notify community boards and officials, and coordinate with client agencies and internal teams. Report to a Deputy Director and participate in meetings from pre-award through pre-construction.

Create engaging social media content from concept through execution. Shoot and edit vertical videos, produce motion graphics, apply strong typography, convert interviews/discussions into shareable content, collaborate with studio team, and work independently to deliver final assets. Photography skills are a plus.
