Manage complex public building capital projects from inception through construction and close-out. Develop cost estimates and schedules, supervise and coordinate design and construction staff, resolve design/construction issues, process change orders, oversee contractor performance, generate reports, and supervise Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective project delivery.

Perform checker duties in the Pension Payroll unit: verify beneficiary and pensioner benefit calculations, process adjustments (QUADROs, income executions, tax levies), manage case queues in Salesforce, prepare spreadsheets and client letters, respond to escalated client inquiries, and collaborate with internal business units while supporting document retention.

Serve as a senior attorney and strategic advisor to the Commissioner, providing legal analysis, policy strategy, cross-agency coordination, project leadership, and executive-level materials to advance affordable housing, tenant protection, enforcement, and neighborhood planning goals.

Lead the Affirmative and Licensing Litigation Unit overseeing investigations and prosecutions of deceptive, fraudulent, and illegal business practices (notably used car dealers and electronic stores). Supervise attorneys, manage litigation from investigation through trial or settlement, develop enforcement strategies for emerging fintech products, draft and review legal and licensing documents, coordinate industry-wide compliance efforts, and provide legal counsel to other DCWP divisions and external partners.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET web applications and GeoSupport services using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, SQL Server, and Azure. Lead architecture, optimize databases, build cloud services, integrate user interfaces, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable geospatial solutions.

Provide executive support to the Commissioner, manage schedules and briefing materials, accompany to meetings and site visits, draft communications and talking points, coordinate field logistics and stakeholder engagement, route and track issues, and lead/support special projects and research to advance policy and operational initiatives.
