Directs the Office of Research and Program Monitoring for public assistance and food stamp programs. Oversees site monitoring, data collection, operational research, program evaluations, reporting systems, corrective action plans, policy recommendations, and improvement initiatives. Leads complex organizational studies, develops project plans, analyzes compliance and performance data, and reports findings to executive leadership. Represents the Deputy Commissioner in meetings with government and community stakeholders and advises on program effectiveness, workflow, and regulatory compliance.

Monitors and analyzes network, endpoint, application, server, and cloud activity to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats. Responsibilities include incident investigation and containment, patching, intrusion detection, log correlation, vulnerability mitigation, software security evaluation, security standards testing, audit coordination, cybersecurity training follow-up, and support for business continuity and disaster recovery activities.

Develop construction-ready bicycle and multimodal street designs using AutoCAD, traffic models, field measurements, and roadway design standards. Review drawings, coordinate with engineering and transportation divisions, manage concurrent projects, conduct site visits, prepare community presentations, and ensure compliance with AASHTO, MUTCD, NACTO, and NYC DOT standards. Design, build, and launch resident-facing government products across the stack. Integrate government data sources and legacy systems, translate policy and legal rules into product logic, and collaborate with product, design, research, and agency teams. Lead engineering practices including prototyping, documentation, reliability, accessibility, security reviews, reusable components, code review, mentorship, and production handoff. The role is hands-on and based in Brooklyn, with possible nights or weekend shifts due to 24/7 operations.

Provides legal counsel to New York City's juvenile justice division on custody, family court, confidentiality, subpoenas, policies, compliance, legislation, employment matters, and records production. Represents the division in court when needed, coordinates with Family Court Legal Services and the Office of General Counsel, responds to urgent legal issues, conducts research, drafts documents, and advises staff and executives on juvenile justice operations.

Installs, configures, tests, documents, and implements LANs and cross-platform network connectivity across enterprise networks, mini-computer networks, and mainframes. Provides technical assistance on LAN hardware and software, supports Microsoft Windows compatibility and upgrades, contributes to network strategy and acquisition recommendations, and trains staff and customers on network operating systems and related software.

Manages a portfolio of foster care and preventive service contracts, reviewing proposals, invoices, budgets, modifications, and programmatic and fiscal reports. Monitors provider performance and compliance with contractual and government requirements, assesses portfolio risks, maintains policies and tools, develops analytics and reports, supports contract governance, trains contract managers, and coordinates with internal divisions, vendors, and technology teams.

Provides senior legal counsel to HPD on property tax exemptions, abatements, housing supervision, and related enforcement matters. Performs complex legal research and analysis; drafts and reviews legislation, regulations, and litigation papers; advises senior agency staff; supports administrative litigation; participates in public hearings and high-level policy meetings; and liaises with the NYC Law Department.
