Perform planning and preliminary design analyses for drainage, roadway, sewer, and water main capital projects. Collect data, conduct field investigations, run hydraulic and feasibility analyses, develop schedules and phasing, prepare CAD/GIS deliverables and presentations, manage consultant tasks, review deliverables, and coordinate with sponsor agencies and stakeholders.
