Provide legal and policy advice to the Mayor and senior staff: research law, analyze ethics/conflicts/privacy, advise on FOIL compliance, draft and negotiate agreements, support employment/EEO matters, and review sensitive materials while coordinating with agencies.

Lead strategic communications and digital storytelling for the Mayor's Office for International Affairs. Develop partnerships, draft speeches and press materials, coordinate diplomatic engagement coverage, and produce multimedia content linking international engagement to city priorities.

Advise the Commissioner and IA leadership on international legal matters; draft and review memoranda of understanding and cooperation agreements; ensure compliance with city, state, and federal laws; coordinate with Law Department and agencies; lead policy analysis on global issues (migration, climate, inequality); prepare strategic briefings and identify international partnerships to advance the Mayor's priorities.

Lead technical team supporting sponsor agencies in capital planning for public buildings. Conduct in-depth facility assessments and surveys, evaluate building conditions, accessibility, resiliency, energy use, and O&M needs; define design and construction scopes; prioritize deficiencies; coordinate cost estimating to produce itemized facility assessment reports and lifecycle budget planning to inform funding requests.

Coordinate workplace accommodations and accessibility for employees and the public; manage accommodation requests, equipment procurement, inventory, language access and interpretation services; maintain EEO records and database, prepare monthly/annual reports, and support DEI presentations and special projects.

Lead technical program management for capital planning: supervise facility assessments, define design and construction scopes, prioritize deficiencies, coordinate cost estimating and lifecycle budget planning for public buildings, focusing on accessibility, resiliency, energy reduction, and older building systems.

Manage FEMA Public Assistance grant development using Grants Manager for multiple City agencies; track expenditures, respond to FEMA/DHSES information requests, ensure compliance with schedules and reporting, and support process improvements and special projects.
