Analyze NYCAPS/PeopleSoft applications and data; document business processes; create functional design documents; reconcile data and build interfaces/reports; support testing, run simulations, and coordinate user acceptance testing with business users.

Manage TrueSight and BMC discovery environments, automate deployments and silent installs, standardize endpoint provisioning and discovery, troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with security on vulnerabilities, and follow ITIL processes while collaborating with VM, Windows, and Unix teams.

Provide legal counsel to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner on forensic laboratory issues, DNA database compliance, subpoenas, FOIA requests, research/human subjects review, employment matters, and drafting data-sharing and confidentiality agreements. Support litigation discovery, internal investigations, and agency outreach on regulatory and policy matters.

Support the Agency Chief Contracting Officer by monitoring contract lifecycle, assisting with requisitions/invoice reconciliations, running and summarizing reports, processing contract and compliance documents in city systems (FMS, OCP, OAISIS, PASSPort, CROL), managing vendor outreach and documentation, preparing responsibility determinations and vendor evaluations, and handling special projects.

Manage and deliver sustainability programs (solar, EV charging, energy efficiency) including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, measurement and verification, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with HUD and funding approvals. Provide technical expertise, supervise consultants, perform site visits, and support project controls and close-out.
