Supervise warehouse operations for ACS Supply Chain and Compliance: process and coordinate requests for goods and specialized services, maintain inventory levels, conduct counts, schedule deliveries and pickups, oversee receipt and placement of shipments, manage related contracts, and ensure a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Administer, install, maintain, and configure PeopleSoft, PeopleTools and associated middleware. Support production NYCAPS and related applications, perform upgrades/patches, tune/debug systems, manage Oracle RAC and virtualization, and collaborate with business teams to assess customization impacts and meet project deadlines.

Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews and selection meetings; draft briefing materials, reports, and communications; provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Appointments Director and team; maintain confidentiality and support operations to build a diverse talent pipeline for senior leadership and boards.
