Design and implement data research programs to monitor landlord, payee, and client data integrity. Develop econometric models, statistical methods, data mining and programming techniques, and repositories. Provide technical leadership, run ad-hoc queries, recommend system back-end enhancements (CurRent, POS), and produce policy options and corrective actions to improve payment accuracy and housing outcomes.
