Develop, maintain, and support enterprise Java/Java EE applications for the CITYTIME system. Manage full SDLC, write and test clean code, optimize for performance and scalability, troubleshoot production issues, integrate rule-engine logic, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document technical designs.

Design and lead analytics for the Traffic Operations signal capital program: build data pipelines, track hundreds of projects, apply GIS spatial analysis, develop metrics to surface trends and risks, evaluate data quality, coordinate data improvements, and present actionable findings to division leadership to keep signal infrastructure moving from design completion to final acceptance.

Lead delivery of major bridge projects along the BQE corridor: manage design and construction planning, environmental reviews, consultant and contractor teams, budgeting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and a team of eight to meet milestones and mitigate delays.

Lead data science support for investigations and litigation: identify, collect, and analyze business data to detect violations, calculate damages and penalties, advise investigators and attorneys, automate data collection/analysis systems, and support agency research and policy recommendations.

Analyze NYCAPS/PeopleSoft applications and data; document business processes; create functional design documents; reconcile data and build interfaces/reports; support testing, run simulations, and coordinate user acceptance testing with business users.
