Manage a portfolio of HIV prevention contracts, provide technical assistance and quality improvement to healthcare and CBO partners, coordinate meetings/training and site visits, monitor and analyze programmatic data, support research and dissemination, and supervise project staff to improve implementation of HIV testing, PrEP/PEP, and iART services.

Maintain and update case records in case-tracking systems; provide user support and Level 1 troubleshooting; analyze external data feeds to detect discrepancies and coordinate fixes; administer user access; participate in system testing and rollouts; produce reports and ensure data quality and system integrity.

Lead DEP Bluebelt team to manage stormwater engineering studies, develop BMP concepts and preliminary designs, perform hydraulic modeling and feasibility, prepare budgets and schedules, oversee contract management and field inspections, and manage stakeholder engagement through planning and construction.
