Support public buildings capital projects by tracking permits and regulatory milestones, collecting and analyzing permitting and project delivery data, maintaining knowledge-management resources, researching agency requirements and code updates, and assisting quality-control reviews of permitting records and project documentation.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud/hybrid infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Manage containerized environments, logging/monitoring, automated security scanning, provisioning and patching of cloud databases and applications, and secrets management. Support ACS capital construction projects with administrative and technical assistance: review project documentation, track schedules/milestones, compile progress reports, maintain records, coordinate meetings, monitor contractor submissions, change orders, and perform construction-related data analysis.

Serve as a Civil Engineer I in Fabrication Engineering, overseeing off-site inspection and acceptance of structural steel and precast/prestressed concrete bridge components; review shop and design drawings, weld procedure specifications, fabrication/repair procedures, and NDT results; coordinate inspection agencies and ensure compliance with welding and manufacturing codes.

Perform operational and management audits, evaluate internal controls and compliance, analyze large datasets to assess policies and performance, identify risks and inefficiencies, audit vendor/contract compliance, verify statistical data, and draft and present audit findings with recommendations.

Support day-to-day operations of the Mobile Telecommunications Franchise Unit (Poletops); analyze detailed submission packages; request and verify missing documentation; liaise with franchisees, city agencies, community representatives and internal divisions; and perform special projects and initiatives as assigned. May require varied shifts including nights/weekends.

Coordinate and schedule agency trainings; assist with curriculum design and development of internal learning solutions; manage training room logistics and calendar; monitor communications, distribute training certificates, take meeting notes, prepare reports, and support special projects as assigned.

Serve as ACP's business-side product owner for a Salesforce-based Case Management System: translate operational/legal needs into requirements, design and implement workflows, dashboards, and reports; partner with admins, IT, and vendors; provide user support and training; monitor data quality and compliance; lead cross-functional system and integration projects to improve intake, assignment, contracting, payments, and reporting.
