Manage FEMA grant closeouts by ensuring compliance with federal regulations, reconciling project costs, preparing closeout packages, analyzing financial and contract documentation, using grants and document management systems, responding to State/FEMA inquiries, producing reports, and coordinating with City agencies to advance timely closeout.
