Provide legal counsel and litigation support to DSS/HRA program areas. Draft legal opinions, motions, affidavits, and memoranda; interpret laws and regulations; represent the agency in Supreme and Civil Courts and administrative hearings; assist NYC Law Department on class actions and appeals.

Oversee expansion, institutionalization, stakeholder engagement, market outreach, and cross-divisional coordination to deliver schedule, cost, quality, and risk management across vertical and horizontal public works portfolios.
