Manage and validate matter and document management systems, perform data collection, analysis, and quality assurance for Medicare and litigation reporting, prepare reports and procedures, provide technical support to reporting divisions, liaise with CMS/Medicare, and assist/supervise staff on operational projects.

Drive savings initiatives, analyze spending to eliminate waste, improve capital project delivery, supervise staff, and implement policy, process, and IT improvements to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.

Provide technical support for mobile and wireless initiatives across City agencies, including MDM provisioning, device enrollment, troubleshooting iOS/Android devices, managing ServiceNow incidents, coordinating with carriers and vendors, performing inventory control, and assisting with orders, pricing, and policy deployment.

Support the Chief Compliance Officer by performing compliance due diligence, monitoring regulatory adherence for public and private managers, reviewing disclosure materials, maintaining business continuity plans, automating compliance workflows, executing personal trading policy processes, and researching regulatory changes affecting investment managers.

Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions including plugins, workflows, JavaScript web resources, integrations with REST APIs/Azure/.NET, Dataverse/SQL optimization, SDLC participation, production support, technical documentation, and Power Platform modernization efforts.

Represent the agency in investigations and litigation at OATH and NY state court. Develop enforcement plans, conduct depositions and trials, draft legal research, correspondence, settlement agreements, and oversee regulatory compliance projects and outreach.

Lead development and maintenance of agency-wide quality management systems, drive process improvement using data and performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, advise senior leadership, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the agency.
