Support NYPD Capital Budget and Resiliency Unit by tracking capital projects, preparing capital financial plans and Certificate to Proceed requests, updating forecasts in FMS2, creating Excel/InfoAdvantage/Crystal reports, preparing budget modifications and fixed asset intents, reviewing requisitions, and coordinating procurements and oversight reporting.

Manage and evaluate HOPWA-funded housing programs: monitor vendor performance, conduct site visits and habitability inspections, ensure HUD compliance and reporting, prepare evaluations and action plans, support grant applications, deliver technical assistance and trainings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Perform comprehensive electrical design and constructability reviews of consultant and in-house documents; conduct site inspections and condition surveys; perform in-house design using AutoCAD and BIM; use Blue-Beam for review, perform lighting calculations, produce reports, and provide technical support while interfacing with clients, consultants, contractors, and staff.
