Perform HR generalist duties for NYC Department of Finance including processing NYCAPS personnel actions, assisting recruitment and civil service list administration, generating CHRMS/NYCAPS reports, coordinating pre-employment checks, ensuring policy compliance, and handling HR research, data analysis, and special projects.

Provide hands-on administration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, monitoring, automation scripting, capacity planning, security, and disaster recovery for Oracle 19c and Microsoft SQL Server databases across AIX/Linux production and non-production environments. Support RAC, RMAN, Data Pump, patching, incident response, on-call rotation, and collaborate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams.
