Lead the Citywide CERT team in DFIR: investigate incidents (logs, files, malware), perform memory/network/disk forensics, coordinate response across agencies and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), mentor six DFIR specialists, run tabletop exercises, and improve detection and remediation capabilities for high-profile incidents.

Analyze source systems for data quality, develop data integration using Databricks/Informatica/Pentaho, and produce documentation, dashboards, and BI artifacts (Power BI/OBIEE/Tableau) to support DSNY operations.

Lead the Correction Unit's budget and program evaluation for NYC criminal justice agencies. Supervise staff, monitor fiscal activity, conduct expenditure and revenue analyses, evaluate capital projects, develop cost-reduction recommendations, manage criminal justice data sets, and support financial and policy planning. Requires strong quantitative, spreadsheet, and communication skills, and availability for evenings/weekends.

Perform quality assurance reviews of licensing applications, renewals, amendments, waitlist records, correspondence, and customer interactions; monitor processing for compliance; identify errors and trends; prepare QA reports; assist with procedures, training materials, system testing, and process improvements; collaborate with staff and provide backup support.

Supervise staff who review and process General Vending applications, renewals, amendments, waitlist transactions, and payments. Ensure compliance with licensing rules, maintain accurate records and waitlists, establish quality control, resolve complex application issues, monitor productivity and metrics, respond to escalations, improve procedures, and coordinate with other Licensing units.

Coordinate and evaluate Vision Zero and Street Improvement Projects including retiming, LPI, SBS/TSP, and APS database maintenance. Prepare evaluation reports, analyze and review program plans, track tasks/milestones, respond to internal and external inquiries, archive studies, and recommend signal timing policies while coordinating across divisions and stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of open-space planning projects: perform due diligence for acquisitions, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, research equity opportunities, prepare maps/graphics and planning documents, present to community groups, and handle project schedules, budgets, grant applications, and administrative tasks.

Perform field inspections and assess NYC properties for tax purposes using income, cost, and sales approaches. Collect parcel data, analyze income/expense, leases and construction costs, and interpret maps, surveys, plans, and photos to determine property values. Report to Supervising Assessor.

Lead the Sprint Team to expedite pre-certification land use application reviews, establish operational best practices, manage staff and pipelines, coordinate interdivisional guidance, track milestones, resolve schedule risks, and support city housing production goals while ensuring technical and public review integrity.
