Support Staff Development by coordinating live and virtual training programs, scheduling employees, tracking and entering training records, and responding to staff training inquiries.

Support end-to-end legal recruitment, onboarding, retention, workforce engagement, and pipeline programs. Maintain and analyze recruitment/retention data and databases, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate internships and outreach with law schools, assist with bar/admission support, plan events and job fairs, manage onboarding/exit processes, and handle confidential personnel matters.

Design, deploy, and scale data infrastructure and automated open-source pipelines to produce high-quality public and geospatial datasets. Operate ingestion pipelines, transform and geocode spatial data, run QA/QC, design new data products end-to-end, modernize legacy systems, and collaborate on sprint planning, code review, and documentation across teams and agencies.
