Manage IT portfolio and projects within the Mental Hygiene vertical: oversee planning, governance, resource capacity, risk mitigation, communications, vendor/contract staff coordination, and ensure projects meet business objectives, schedules, and budgets while applying best practices and Lean concepts.

Work on small audit teams to plan and conduct performance audits of NYC agencies and contractors. Research audit objectives, review policies and data, interview stakeholders, identify risks and noncompliance, collect evidence via document review and data analysis, document findings and conclusions, and support audit supervisors and lead auditors.

Lead development and management of enterprise data platform integrations, CI/CD-enabled data pipelines, datalake integration and governance, access/permissioning, and stakeholder coordination to support public health data initiatives.

Manage multiple public building capital projects (~80 active, $1B), supervise ~40 staff, oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closeout, control schedule and budget, monitor consultants/contractors, develop procedures, report to senior management, and ensure compliance with capital commitment goals.

Supervise and coordinate Subsidy Specialists and Senior Subsidy Specialists to ensure accurate eligibility determinations, rent calculations, file preparation, data entry into the Elite database, and compliance with federal HUD rules. Monitor team productivity via reports, run trainings and briefings, meet with landlords/tenants and stakeholders, assign work, provide feedback, and support special projects. May require occasional evening and weekend hours.

Lead design of roadway, sewer, and water-main capital projects; supervise 4–6 engineers and technicians; produce and review contract plans, estimates, specifications; manage consultant designs/contracts; coordinate utilities and interagency work; prepare CPM schedules and provide construction support.

Manage rollout and expansion of WIM (Weigh-In-Motion) enforcement systems, develop procurements, oversee contractors and consultants, negotiate change orders, ensure contract compliance and payments, conduct field inspections, and perform administrative and engineering duties under the Executive Director.
