Lead policy and tenant-protection initiatives for the Mayor's Office to Protect Tenants. Advise executive leadership, supervise Policy Advisors, manage cross-agency projects from concept to implementation, coordinate stakeholders, prepare briefings/reports, track budgets, and ensure alignment with mayoral priorities.

Serve as the Mayor's Office liaison to City Council and agencies, track pending legislation, shape public policy, negotiate legislation, prepare agencies for hearings, and maintain relationships with elected officials to advance the Administration's legislative agenda.

Supervise the Data Control Group; review Medicaid payment records in MAESTRO and city/state databases to prepare NYS SSL 104-b liens; monitor assignments, perform quality control, manage vendor and external relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide supervisor coverage.

Serve as a senior-level project engineer overseeing off-site fabrication inspection of structural steel and prestressed/precast concrete bridge components. Oversee inspection agencies, review shop and design drawings, weld procedure specifications and qualifications, fabrication and repair procedures, and evaluate NDT procedures and results while applying AWS, NYSSCM, NYSPCCM, ASME and ASTM standards. Coordinate with Engineer-In-Charge and travel to fabrication plants in the US and Canada as needed.

Receive, time-stamp, verify, and log vendor invoices; enter invoice and payment voucher data into FMS, Passport, PayTrace, and CARES; scan and upload documents to HRA One Viewer; file payment packages; maintain daily logs; and retrieve records for audits and internal requests.

Manage procurement and contract processing for DYCD: draft solicitations, process purchase orders and contracts, ensure procurement compliance with funding rules, consult internal units, conduct trainings for providers and community members, maintain procurement reports and databases, and complete responsibility determinations for contract registration.

Monitor and ensure data quality for electronic case management and NSO databases, prepare reports, manage office systems and supplies, handle calls and billing form review, maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, complete required trainings and certifications, and perform other duties as assigned.

Serve as Systems Analyst/Product Owner for Data & Reporting: gather and document requirements, model processes, manage product backlog and user stories, liaise between stakeholders and developers, participate in Scrum, conduct UAT, and design solutions to meet business and compliance needs.

Support planning, development, and implementation of evidence-based HIV prevention programs including RFP development, literature reviews, pilot research (IRB, data cleaning/analysis), community engagement, grant support, and cross-team coordination to operationalize prevention initiatives.
