Owns AI support agents, CRM and support-tool configuration, automation reporting, access provisioning, documentation, QA, and process improvement. Directs BPO back-office workflows and partners with customer service, product, engineering, and supply teams to resolve operational issues. The role also evaluates new AI tools, analyzes booking problems, improves knowledge content, and recommends systemic product solutions.
