Own the full sales cycle for ProofPilot’s clinical experience solutions, selling to pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors. Build senior-level relationships across clinical operations, digital health, and patient recruitment teams; develop pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot; close complex, multi-stakeholder deals; and collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams on proposals, RFPs, and customer handoffs.

Own a portfolio of sponsor and CRO accounts as the primary relationship manager. Lead renewals, expansions, proposals, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closure while maintaining account health and growth. Build executive relationships, run business reviews, identify cross-sell opportunities, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Product. The role requires consultative selling, CRM proficiency, team leadership experience, and travel up to 25%.

Generates and qualifies outbound and inbound opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors. Conducts prospect research, high-volume multichannel outreach, discovery calls, and needs assessments; qualifies fit, authority, budget, and timelines; schedules qualified meetings for Account Executives; maintains HubSpot CRM records; and collaborates with Marketing and Sales leadership on campaigns, messaging, ICPs, and prospecting strategies.
