Lead development of RFQ/RFP responses, interview presentations, and award submissions; serve as marketing point-of-contact for business units; manage proposal strategy, writing, editing, layout, and production; maintain CRM content and templates; develop marketing collateral; improve pursuits processes and tools; mentor and direct other pursuits staff.

Manage end-to-end weekly multi-state payroll for 2,500+ employees, ensuring compliance with tax, union, and regulatory requirements. Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, GL interfaces, vendor relationships, team leadership, system troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements. Support year-end W-2 processing and payroll tax filings.

Supports annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, expense analysis, cost allocation, financial modeling, and management reporting. Partners with department heads and office leaders to analyze performance, communicate financial trends, improve processes, and support business decisions. Requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, ERP and BI experience, and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
