Lead instructional improvement by coaching teachers and instructional leaders, conducting data-driven assessment cycles, developing action plans and school-wide academic systems, and designing/delivering professional development. Partner with Principals and regional teams to monitor student progress, support curriculum initiatives, and manage whole-school instructional culture to drive measurable student achievement.

Office Managers support school operations by serving as primary/secondary contacts for families and staff, managing enrollment and attendance systems, maintaining student records, handling bill pay/procurement (role-dependent), and coordinating logistics for events. They ensure smooth daily operations, accurate data entry in student information systems, reliable vendor and supply management, and clear communication across stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors to cultivate, solicit, close, and steward six- and seven-figure gifts. Develop individualized engagement and proposal materials, identify and qualify new prospects, maintain pipeline data in Salesforce, forecast revenue, and collaborate with internal leaders to align donor interests with organizational priorities.

Supervise and develop a Specialist, coordinate across Finance, Talent, Operations, and Schools, and design systems that improve information flow and organizational decision-making.

Implement discipline systems and cultural initiatives, support teachers and families, manage administrative Dean office tasks and student records, and lead or support detention, mediations, lunch, arrival, and other daily culture systems to drive student success.
