Directs financial planning and analysis for Harvard’s School of Public Health, overseeing a $400M+ operating budget, multi-year planning, forecasting, reporting, strategic analysis, and presentations. Leads three financial analysts and partners with senior leaders, departments, and university finance teams on resource allocation, capital planning, and financial strategy. Requires substantial sponsored research finance experience in a complex higher education, healthcare, or academic medical center environment.

Provides individualized research and data consultations to Harvard Kennedy School faculty, students, and fellows. Identifies datasets, supports research design, methods, analysis, data management, citation tools, and reproducibility. Designs and delivers workshops, develops instructional resources, administers course technology licenses, manages access to licensed data and software, reviews data management plans, and embeds research and data literacy into courses and orientations.

Manages research data acquisition, licensing, contracts, vendor relationships, governance, and lifecycle management at Harvard Kennedy School. Leads data safety reviewers, develops compliant data management plans and SOPs, assesses risks involving sensitive and restricted data, and advises researchers and leadership on licensing, legal, regulatory, and security requirements. Coordinates with faculty, vendors, procurement, legal, compliance, library, and sponsored research offices while providing training and portfolio reporting.

Analyze and integrate single-cell and spatial multi-omics data; develop scalable, reproducible pipelines, statistical models, AI-assisted research tools, open-source software, and biomedical data resources. Collaborate with experimental labs, provide computational biology guidance and training, create workshops and documentation, and support methodological development, follow-up experiments, and scientific data interpretation.

Supports and executes digital marketing strategies and campaigns for alumni and donor engagement, fundraising revenue, and campaign awareness. Responsibilities include campaign management, performance analysis, audience segmentation, content strategy, innovation, video development, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and supervision of a Communications Specialist. The role also prepares reports for senior leadership and contributes writing and proofreading support.

Administers and enhances the ServiceNow platform across its lifecycle, including configuration, scripting, workflow automation, integrations, testing, deployment, upgrades, patching, and support. Maintains core ITSM modules, MID servers, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Partners with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions while establishing configuration standards, coding practices, and platform optimization improvements.

Lead research operations for CEPR, managing staffing allocation, recruitment/onboarding, compliance (IRB/data use agreements), operational systems and SOPs, and talent development. Develop workflows, maintain compliance calendar, coordinate computing needs, and support project directors to ensure appropriately resourced, documented, and scalable research operations.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for high-throughput sequencing (WGS, RNA-seq). Build containerized workflows (CWL), manage AWS compute/storage, integrate CI/CD, develop metadata and file-conversion utilities, and collaborate with researchers to ensure performance and reproducibility.

Administer and maintain research platforms, web-hosted systems, and databases (MySQL/Postgres); support HPC access (Open OnDemand), develop APIs/scripts, implement monitoring, deploy containerized services, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with researchers and IT teams to deliver secure, reliable research infrastructure.

Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for enterprise network services, monitor system health, triage ServiceNow incidents, perform root-cause analysis, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, implement security and compliance controls, coordinate vendor troubleshooting, and document SOPs and configuration standards to maintain reliable network infrastructure.
