Lead strategy and operations for AA&D Events, manage a team of event professionals, oversee high-profile institutional events, build cross-unit partnerships, implement event systems (Workfront, Advance), set KPIs, manage budgets/vendors, and drive scalable processes for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

Frontline major-gift fundraiser managing ~75+ leadership prospects to secure four-, five-, and six-figure gifts and generate $1M+ annually. Qualify new prospects, build multi-step cultivation strategies, partner with Gift Planning and volunteers, steward donors, maintain prospect management records, and mentor a Development Assistant. Regular travel (~35%) and participation in campus events required.

Install, modify, and repair heating and cooling systems, fabricate and maintain piping systems, interpret mechanical plans, and assist customers with maintenance operations.

Support the Provost by preparing meeting briefings (agendas, bios, talking points, memos, itineraries), triaging and drafting correspondence, assisting on special projects and remarks, and providing backup executive assistant and scheduling support with high confidentiality.

Lead pre-award management for a complex faculty portfolio: guide proposal strategy and long-range planning; manage multi-PI/multi-site proposals, budgets, subawards, and compliance; interpret sponsor policies; liaise with central offices; oversee JIT workflows; maintain proposal data integrity; implement process improvements and train/mentor junior staff.

Supervise daily customer-facing IT support operations, manage ticket queues and phone coverage, coach and evaluate staff, resolve escalations, provide hands-on technical support during high-demand periods, and drive process improvements for service quality and efficiency.

Lead service ownership and technical oversight for HBS IAM platforms: define roadmap, design and support solutions, manage MSP/vendor relationships, mentor engineers, drive lifecycle delivery, troubleshooting, process improvement, and ensure operational excellence and security.

Provide administrative and program support for the Program on U.S.-Japan Relations: assist the Faculty Director, perform research and data analysis, prepare memos and presentations, manage event logistics and visitor inquiries, support website and social media, act as departmental IT liaison, and handle confidential information. Occasional overtime for evening and weekend events; two-year term with possible renewal.

The Director will oversee engagement, development, and stewardship strategies, manage relationships with alumni and donors, and lead a team to support the Center's mission and operational priorities.

Oversee compliance with Title VI, manage Title IX hearings and case management, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to University policies and federal laws.
