Hands-on CAD-to-prototype work using PTC Creo/SolidWorks, run FEA and hand calculations, instrument and commission test stands, troubleshoot electromechanical systems, and integrate AI agents for scripting and analysis. Collaborate across controls, software, and supply chain teams; present design reviews and maintain documentation.

Lead the design and validation of mechanical components for renewable energy systems, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.

The Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance in manufacturing and supply chain, qualify suppliers, manage non-conformance processes, and support new product introductions while ensuring reliable quality systems are established.

Lead the structural design and analysis of renewable energy systems, ensuring durability and compliance with engineering standards while mentoring junior engineers.
