Own complex customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary client contact and managing project health, timelines, risks, budgets, and adoption readiness. Customer-facing pre-sales role responsible for technical demos, discovery, solution design, and demo environment management for Euna's Budget, Grants, and Procurement suites. Partners with sales, product, and services teams, supports RFPs and security reviews, and assists post-sales handoff and product feedback. Requires demo database maintenance, integration and data migration knowledge, and occasional North America travel.

Serve as a practitioner expert in government budgeting, procurement, or grants to support sales, product, and marketing. Participate in discovery and executive meetings, shape demos and RFP responses, speak at conferences, produce thought leadership, advise product roadmap, and build trusted relationships with public sector practitioners. Travel to industry events and contribute to customer and community engagement.

Design and implement a managed AWS data reference architecture, define layered (medallion) data models and governance (PII, access, lineage, residency), create reusable engineering patterns for ingestion, storage, transformation and serving, enable loose coupling from operational systems, set governance guardrails, and occasionally build data products hands-on.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding for SaaS grants products: gather requirements, configure systems, manage project communications and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, train users, author documentation and reports, troubleshoot implementation issues, and drive process improvements to ensure successful adoption.
