Manage a portfolio of public-sector Procurement SaaS customers to ensure value realization and retention. Build executive relationships, create success plans, run regular check-ins, monitor health metrics, analyze usage for expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional support, manage projects and surveys, and support webinars and community engagement to drive adoption and minimize churn.

Lead post-sale success for public-sector B2B SaaS customers: develop and execute success plans, run technical demos and trainings, manage renewals and upsells in Salesforce, mentor and support CSMs, run webinars and user groups, monitor customer health and drive retention and adoption.

Design and develop engaging eLearning using adult learning principles and authoring tools. Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to translate technical product content into role-based learning paths, interactive courses, assessments, and accessible multimedia. Maintain and update LMS content, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve training to support onboarding, adoption, and enablement.
