The Director of Information Technology will lead enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, security, compliance, vendors, budgets, and system lifecycle management. The role oversees HIPAA and PCI compliance, AI governance, security operations, disaster recovery, cloud and SaaS environments, and EHR systems. They will also lead clinic technology buildouts, hardware and software lifecycle management, IT operations teams, user support, and service performance metrics. The position requires strategic leadership, cross-functional communication, regulated-industry experience, and strong knowledge of healthcare IT and modern cloud platforms.

Lead and operate the enterprise security program: architect security and risk controls for Microsoft 365/Azure and SaaS, run SOC/SIEM monitoring and incident response, build automation and AI-enabled compliance workflows, integrate security tooling with cloud, identity, HRIS, and ticketing systems, manage vendors and escalations, and drive continuous compliance and threat mitigation.

Lead design and execution of learning and development initiatives for clinical, operational, and central teams. Develop onboarding, training programs, and standardized learning resources; administer the LMS; measure training effectiveness; support change management and new clinic launches; and occasionally travel regionally for in-person training and onboarding.

Lead product strategy and execution for healthcare-focused solutions: own roadmap and success metrics, run user and stakeholder research, prioritize based on data and value, partner with engineering to deliver scalable solutions, communicate with stakeholders including executives, and coach product managers to improve product craft and outcomes.

Own and evolve the data platform: architect, build, and maintain data models, pipelines, and access layers. Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability; monitor and optimize infrastructure; provide technical leadership, code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions for operations and analytics.
