The Associate Principal or Principal Electrical Engineer will lead project execution in power and control systems, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to improving the electrical engineering practice.

Lead firm financial strategy, planning, and reporting; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financials; ensure GAAP compliance and international tax/regulatory adherence; support project financials, optimize invoicing and collections; provide oversight of Workday implementation and data continuity from Deltek, including SQL-based querying for transitional datasets; present financial insights to executive leadership and Board.

Perform petrographic analyses and laboratory/field testing of cementitious and building materials to determine root causes of material performance issues. Prepare and examine thin sections, run microscopy and analytical techniques, record and analyze data, maintain lab instruments, and collaborate with engineers and architects on investigations and reports.

Provide timely end-user support for 750+ staff: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals; perform deployments, imaging, patch management; assist with Office 365, Mimecast, SCCM, and Intune administration; create documentation and user training; ensure security and compliance; escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.

Provide front-office and high-level administrative support for the Denver office: greeting guests, answering calls, managing mail and supplies, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with report editing and project correspondence, and preparing RFP/RFQ qualification submittals and pre-qualification documentation. Support Unit Manager and technical staff while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
