Serve as the associationhief Staff Officer overseeing membership growth, operations, CRM/data strategy, digital marketing, education programming, volunteer governance, financial oversight, and staff leadership to drive engagement and operational excellence.

Support association clients by managing member relations, providing administrative and project support, maintaining databases and website content, coordinating financial tasks (dues, AP/AR), producing member communications, and assisting with event and meeting preparation.

Support association membership and volunteer relations by handling member requests, customer service for continuing education and certificants, database maintenance and reporting, administrative and project support, and coordination of financial tasks including membership dues, registration, and AP/AR.

Lead and manage workstreams on multi-phase association consulting engagements, conduct interviews and focus groups, develop research-informed recommendations, produce executive-ready deliverables, and support facilitation. Contribute to knowledge management, refine methodologies, and collaborate across teams while maintaining client communication and meeting timelines. Travel and hybrid office presence required.

Develop and implement marketing and communications plans for association clients, including content creation, website and email updates, social media management, production coordination, budget and time tracking, and oversight of junior team members. Support campaign analytics and identify industry affiliation opportunities to meet client objectives.

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports; collect, validate, and integrate data from multiple systems; improve data quality and reporting standards; partner with stakeholders across functions to translate business questions into insights; leverage AI tools to automate and accelerate analysis and reporting.

Provide administrative and project support for membership, education, volunteer engagement, and financial activities. Manage member inquiries, webinars, event logistics, databases, transactions, AP/AR, and marketing updates while identifying process improvements.

Develop and implement marketing plans and collateral across channels for association clients. Manage website updates, email campaigns and analytics, social media updates, budgets, project schedules, and junior team workflows. Support client outreach and identify affiliation opportunities to meet objectives.

Support integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, paid media, and sales. Conduct audience and campaign research, analyze performance, build reports and recommendations, manage campaign setup and calendars, write and proofread on-brand content, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize campaign performance through testing and segmentation.

Support membership and volunteer engagement for association clients by managing communications, committee logistics, meeting minutes, action item tracking, membership database tasks, and program operations. Coordinate virtual/hybrid/in-person events, assist client teams with projects, monitor deliverables, conduct research on industry trends, and provide administrative and reporting support to advance organizational priorities.
