Manage a portfolio of corporate banking credit relationships for education and non-profit clients. Underwrite credit exposure, grow and retain business, manage credit risk, support sales efforts, and respond to client credit questions.

Supports Investment Relationship Managers with sales, administrative, operational, and customer service tasks. Manages appointments, client files, correspondence, mail, and record-keeping. Assists business development through prospecting, client outreach, marketing events, and internal coordination. Ensures compliance with brokerage policies and regulatory standards while handling multiple assignments and using Microsoft Office and proprietary software.

Perform move/add/change and break/fix support for computing, voice, and data processing hardware in raised floor/NER environments. Install, relocate, reconfigure, remove, and maintain monitors, CPUs, printers, servers, storage and networking equipment. Maintain inventories, assist audits, grant emergency access to critical facilities, and follow change control and troubleshooting processes. Onsite presence required multiple days per week.

Provide accounting, administration and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity and closed-end funds. Calculate NAVs, record trades and income/expense activity, reconcile investor contributions/withdrawals, allocate profits, prepare financial statements and audit/tax schedules, and ensure GAAP-compliant fund accounting and reporting.

Advise affluent clients on goals-based investment, portfolio management, trust administration and insurance solutions. Construct tailored portfolios using U.S. Bank AMG or open architecture, provide market and manager research, present strategies, maintain client relationships, and drive new business using planning tools.

Supervise a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators, drive loan origination volume, secure required documents, build referral relationships with brokers/builders, recruit and develop staff, maintain mortgage product and regulatory knowledge, and meet annual origination goals. Requires NMLS registration and background/credit checks.

Supervise and coach audit staff to complete internal audit engagements; plan and evaluate business processes, risks, and controls; review work papers and issues; draft audit reports; coordinate with subject-matter teams (IT, AML, Compliance, Risk, Treasury) and monitor engagement schedules to ensure adherence to internal audit standards and timely delivery.

Manage and grow medium-to-large high-net-worth client relationships, lead a team of banking, trust, and investment professionals, provide complex wealth management advice, ensure regulatory compliance (including NMLS registration), and drive business development and client retention.

Manage and grow a nationwide portfolio of corporate, commercial, and municipal clients through virtual relationship building, solution-based selling, end-to-end deal management, pricing and negotiations, account monitoring, and collaboration with product partners. Drive revenue, client retention, and compliance while supporting day-to-day client service and executing relationship plans.

Sell and implement treasury management products to prospective and existing commercial clients. Provide consultative cash-flow advice, prepare presentations, develop market strategies, meet sales and retention goals, and assist in product/service design and installation.
