Serve as primary fund accountant for alternative investment funds: calculate NAVs, record trades and income/expenses, reconcile investor activity, allocate profits, prepare financial statements, audit and tax schedules, and ensure GAAP-compliant fund accounting and investor reporting.

Develop and execute customer-centric, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, web, mobile, ATM and social. Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy for Alliance programs, driving customer growth, retention, and partner sales. Manage campaigns across email, social, paid media, direct mail, and events; measure ROI and optimize performance; oversee agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners while managing projects and marketing staff.

Support FP&A for consumer and small business credit card portfolios: monthly forecasting, annual planning, financial reporting, portfolio analytics, month-end close, and ad-hoc analyses. Build and maintain spreadsheets and statistical models, explain variances to management, and collaborate with finance and business partners to manage portfolio profitability.

Manage and oversee Wealth Management & Investment Services client accounts and products, perform daily processing, troubleshoot operational issues, ensure control/risk mitigation, deliver customer service, and support process improvements and occasional supervisory duties.

Manage and grow corporate trust client relationships alongside business development officers. Review and accept new accounts, provide high-quality service, resolve client issues, identify and mitigate operational risks, support new business, and potentially manage staff and revenue goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Serve as primary contact for institutional clients in Florida & the Southeast, manage and grow client relationships, provide investment advice and performance/cash flow analysis, coordinate client reporting and reviews, present market updates and thought leadership, and collaborate with portfolio management and client service teams to retain and expand assets.

Build and maintain client relationships through in-person, virtual, and appointment-based interactions. Assess financial needs, recommend and demonstrate deposit and loan products, open accounts, process transactions and credit applications, and promote digital self-service tools while ensuring operational accuracy and regulatory compliance (including NMLS registration).
